- How long is the challenge? 5 Weeks, starting this coming Monday and ending on Sunday of Week 5.
- How does it work? You will perform exercises, activities and follow the nutrition/habit building activity every single day. After completing the daily tasks you will give yourself credit by writing down the points you earned on your Points Calendar. The person and/or team with the most points will be awarded at the end of the challenge. Explanation of how to rate your daily points will be explained in depth below and will be stated briefly on the top of the Points Calendar which you will get access to in the coming days.
- Do I have to weigh in, take progress photos or ? No. No, there will not be points awarded for weight loss. However keeping track of your initial and final weight is encouraged.
- How long are the workouts? 5 - 7 minutes
- Where will I find the workouts and activities for the week? Weekly workout/activities will be explained and demonstrated during our Sunday Scoop by 12 PM EST inside the group.
- What if I’m new or have injuries? Each week will provide options of workouts. Option A will be more advanced Option B will be low/no impact.
- How many people can I have on my team? 2 to 4
- How do we get points as a team? At the end of the challenge, the total combined point scores of each of the team members will count toward their team score. The two teams with the highest activity point total will win.
- What do I do for nutrition? We provide you with The Nutritional Guidelines E Book and we focus heavily on nutrition with our weekly activities. The Nutritional Guidelines E Book will be provided in the coming days.
- Do I have to have a team? No, plenty of people join solo or find a team once the group opens.
- How do the points work? You can earn up to 1.50 points total per day, here’s how:
1) Record Your Daily Workout and post it into the Challenge Group by midnight (in your time zone) of that day to earn .25 points.
Ensure that the time you’re working out in the video meets the required workout time stated.
If you want to record your workout using the Time Lapse feature on your phone, you need to make sure that there is a digital timer/clock that is visible throughout the entirety of your video to prove the required length of the workout is met.
Tag Tyler Guzzo in your post so that I’m notified.
2) Complete the Daily Activity as stated in the Sunday Scoop & post that into the Challenge Group by midnight (in your time zone) of that day to earn .25 points.
For organizational purposes please post the daily workout and daily activity together.
3) Workout with a friend/family member
When posting your workout you can either have someone do it with you or you can have them on Zoom/Facetime. As long as they are on the screen exercising you’ll earn .50 points.
4) Post your workout, publicly, onto your personal Facebook and tag Tyler Guzzo (Silvio Guzman - for now) or Instagram and tag @guzzofitness_
This can be on your feed or on your story and you’ll earn .50 points.
