Be sure that your friends/family register as well UNLESS you’ve added them to your form and you’re going to be covering their registration fee as well.
After you’ve gotten yourself in the group and introduced yourself, sit back and relax. Nutrition Guidelines/Meal Plans as well as the Challenge Calendar will be posted as stated above. This Sunday, your Week 1 Activity and workout can be found inside of the membership portal under the “Challenge” Section.

- How long is the challenge? 5 Weeks, starting this coming Monday and ending on Sunday of Week 5.
- How does it work? You will perform exercises, activities and follow a nutrition guide daily. After completing the daily tasks you will give yourself credit by writing down the points you earned on your Points Calendar. The person and/or team with the most points will be awarded at the end of the challenge. Explanation of how to rate your daily points will be explained in depth below and will be stated briefly on the bottom of the Points Calendar which you will get access to in the coming days.
- Do I have to weigh in, take progress photos or measurements? It is encouraged to email your waist circumference (around your belly button), photos (side/front) as well as weight on Sunday before the challenge starts AND the final Sunday of the challenge so we can track your progress. However, you will not receive extra points for weight loss.
- How long are the workouts? 5 - 7 minutes for most challenges, some up to 15 minutes.
- Where will I find the workouts and activities for the week? Weekly workout/activities will be explained and demonstrated during our Sunday Scoop inside the Membership Portal.
- What if I’m new or have injuries? Each week will provide modifications for workouts to fit all fitness levels.
- How many people can I have on my team? 2-6 - teams will be assigned by Tyler.
- How do we get points as a team? At the end of the challenge, the total combined point scores of each of the team members will count toward their team score.
- What do I do for nutrition? We provide you with The Nutritional Guidelines E Book to follow.
- Do I have to have a team? You will be designated to a team once the group opens.
- How do the points work? You can earn up to 2 points total per weekday, and 2.5 points on the weekends here’s how:
1) Record Your Daily Workout and post it into the Challenge Group by midnight (in your time zone) of that day to earn .5 points.
Ensure that the time you’re working out in the video meets the required workout time stated.
If you want to record your workout using the Time Lapse feature on your phone, we’re going off the honor system so there does not need to be proof that you did it for the allotted time. However noncompliance will lead to less than favorable results!
Tag Tyler Guzzo (on Facebook) or @guzzofitness_ (on Instagram) in your post so that I’m notified.
2) Complete the Daily Activity as stated in the Sunday Scoop & post that into the Challenge Group by midnight (in your time zone) of that day to earn .5 points.
For organizational purposes please post the daily workout and daily activity together.
3) Workout with a friend/family member
When posting your workout you can either have someone do it with you or you can have them on Zoom/Facetime. As long as they are on the screen exercising you’ll earn .50 points.
4) Post your workout, publicly, onto your personal Facebook and tag Tyler Guzzo or Instagram and tag @guzzofitness_
This can be on your feed or on your story and you’ll earn .50 points.
5) WEEKENDS ONLY: Wear a piece of official Guzzo Fitness Merchandise during your workout. Make sure it is visible in your post and you will earn a BONUS .5 points (only applicable on Saturday and Sunday).
