Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ C. chopped kale
½ C. water
1/3 C. pineapple-flavored or mango-flavored coconut water
¼ C. frozen pineapple chunks
¼ C. frozen mango chunks
¼ medium avocado
1 Tbsp. chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or ground flaxseeds
½ tsp. grated fresh ginger

Directions:

Blend ingredients in blender or juicer.
