Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the workout session with Guzzo Fitness Systems involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, weather conditions, interaction with natural elements (such as sand, water, and marine life), and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge Guzzo Fitness Systems, its employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment
I authorize Guzzo Fitness Systems to arrange for medical care for me in the event of an emergency. I assume full responsibility for any costs associated with such medical care.

Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by event organizers. I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would impair my ability to safely participate in this event.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guzzo Fitness Systems and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event.

Photography Release
I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken of me during the event for promotional purposes by Guzzo Fitness Systems.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing it freely and voluntarily, and intend it to be a complete release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
